Q: Can I ship to the above address?
Yes, please address your package to Karolina Swietoniowska. IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your package arrives no earlier than Monday July 18th, as the venue cannot guarantee deliveries prior to this date
Q: When am I picking up my badges and setting up my kiosk?
A: On Monday, July 18th from 4pm-6pm you can pick up your badge and set up your kiosk
Q: What color should my lanyard be?
A: Pink!
Q: When I arrive to the venue Tuesday Morning for the event, should I stand in the same line as the attendees?
A: Look for the VIP line. If you already have your badge, you will just need to be scanned in.
Q: Where can I store my swag items and belongings?
A: Downstairs in the Production Office
Q: I’m having issues with Lead Retrieval. Can someone help me?
A: Yes, please email karolina@growbrand.co or talk to our GROW staff member at the Sponsor Help desk on the day.
Q: Am I expected to stay at my booth all day?
A: No, please feel free to walk the event as much or as little as you prefer :)
Q: I took the L-Train and then the shuttle to the venue. How often does the shuttle run?
A: Every 7 minutes.
Q: What time is lunch?
A: 1:00pm - 2:30pm on the 19th, 1:30pm - 2:30pm on the 20th.
Q: What’s for lunch?
A: There are a variety of food trucks parked outside alongside 2 food carts.
Q: What time is the happy hour on Day 1?
A: 5:05pm - 6:15pm.
